Description
We have natural chamois sitting all over the place. Every time we handle a knife we give it a quick wipe with a chamois. Nothing we have found is better at lifting even the smallest contaminants, from loose dirt down to a fingerprint. We asked the folks that make our slips to send us some 6×12″ pieces of goat skin that we could pass on as final cleaning cloths. You would want to wipe the heavy debris off with a rag or something easier to clean later; but these chamois are perfect for that final cleaning or applying a CLP.
Also, the opposite side is finished, so if you would rather try your hand and making a customized slip – these would be perfect.

The leather is very soft. It’s smooth on one side and a little rougher on the other side. I use it to do a final polish after removing old oil and fingerprints. Then I apply a light coat of oil on the blades. Very nice.

Super soft, thin goat leather. Think a fine pair of dress gloves. Cut my own slips for several different Swiss Army knives. Had a friend that sews stitch them up and Bang! Perfection in the pocket.
