5 out of 5 Too pretty to use

I have the Ti and CF version of the original Orso and now this model too. Obviously I am a fan of the design and quality of the knife. This knife however, is just too pretty to put into my work rotation and will only be carried as an accessory. The contoured scales and milling greatly improved the looks of an already good looking knife. I do prefer a liner lock as opposed to a frame lock but it is aesthetically more pleasing to me over the original.

I did have to make an adjustment to the frame lock as it was rather stiff but after that it is extremely pleasurable to operate the lock bar and let the blade drop shut without any help. The centering of the blade was also perfect and the edge is fairly well done. So it wasn’t perfect out of the box but it is a production knife and it was easy to correct any issues. Best of all, it is a fantastic value considering how much every other quality knife maker is asking for their products nowadays. You get Ti, premium steel, bearings, and Italian made for under $200.

Thanks to CK for carrying such great products and their excellent service. I have bought four times from them and will keep coming back.
