Case decided these were selling so well that they would pay no attention to the actual slabs on the knives.   Buffed off sawcut; color inconsistencies; or other cosmetic anomalies caused us to create another product just to disclaim those that were more like the old days of the scrap bone barlows.  Many love the individual character, but we wanted to make sure you knew what you were getting.
