Really pleased with this. Unfolded it’s a substantial modern slipjoint but with Viper’s traditional look. It’s more slim and light than expected. I guess the blade is wharncliffe but with a beluga-like hump toward the front of the spine. The backspring is strong enough that I have trouble opening with the nail nick, but the beluga hump is pinchable and makes it easy to open. Also the half-stop makes the stong backspring manageable
