My bocote sodbuster as received is better than the old Case pattern as to sharpness and at least as good as the great old time German Eye (.. my favorite.. )… The workmanship is great, the scales beautiful, and the blade sharp… My only criticism (… a personal preference at that…). They are a tad small. I would love ta see a 4 5/8 size…

Lovely Italian Sodbuster. Not absolute perfect fit on mine (blade a little off center and very slight back spring gap) bit still worth having in a collection or for use. Great finish with the stonewashing and these have to be the most beautiful bocote I’ve ever seen in this wood. It really pops and i would say the grain is superb! The pics on the site don’t do it justice to be honest. Walk is easy on the hands and the talk is snappy. I also like the option for a lanyard with the hole.

Great value for the price, wood grain is beautiful, not a perfect finish as blade is a bit off and there is a very slight gap at the back spring, nice walk and talk, very sharp, a great deal for the price if you ask me!
