5 out of 5 Solid Knife, Great Design

    (verified owner)

My first LionSteel, decided to get one after all their success at Blade and the rave reviews. Not a modern folder guy, but their traditional knife designs don’t fit my eye, so decided to get the new ROK after seeing Mike’s ad and watching YouTube videos of it. Overall, really like the aesthetics and overall design. The clip works great and is fun and functional. The only surprise was the weak flipper action, which Mike accurately listed as a 4 out of 4 in his description for this knife. Does require wrist action, so if you are looking for the blade to fly out when you hit the flipper, you will be disappointed. Once the blade is open, lockup is really solid – no up/down or side-to-side play.
