I bought this slim “Dom” sheepsfoot jack to use as a secondary knife that would be useful in the warehouse – it’s all-titanium construction gives it a minimal and industrial feel in my opinion, and the sheepsfoot blade in M390 makes a perfect box cutter / utility blade. Discarding razor blades is incredibly wasteful! Better to carry a real knife in my opinion.
The fit and finish is perfect on mine, centering is dead on and no other issues. The blade is an excellent option for cutting open tightly taped boxes. It makes a beautiful secondary carry with my LionSteel Myto. The slimness and weight are perfect. Also, the snap and/or “walk and talk” of the half-stop is very satisfying to open and close.
I really can’t recommend this enough, if you buy one you won’t regret it!

I usually go for knives with wood, bone, or stag handles. This one really caught my eye though, with the smooth titanium handles. I’m really happy with the knife. I have a similar roundhead, but with ebony. This Dom is about 2/3 the thickness of my roundhead. It’s very light and easy to carry, even at work (in a hospital, gotta keep it discreet!). It arrived very sharp, even the point. The action is perfect. No liners, hence the thin shape. The titanium handles are a fine satin finish, so they’re smooth but not slippery. They’ve cut out a little of the titanium inside to make it even lighter (I guess, hard to imagine such a little bit of titanium making a difference!). Perfect EDC knife. My Lion Steel collection will keep growing! Thank you Mike, awesome knife.
