Yet another excellent modern variant of the classic Barlow knife design! From the blade steel to the fit & finnish, this pocket knife is a stellar performer. Thanks again to CK for another batch of these spear point beauties!

    5 out of 5 My 2nd CK01 knife

I really like the Dom, see my review but this roundhead spear is definitely in my wheel house. The roundhead pull is a little softer than the Dom, walnut handles are nice, one side flows with an even color pattern where the other side has a lot of character. I’m a big fan of this old and new style design with M390 steel, titanium liners and bolsters, torx screws and light weight. Overall this is a real nice design and well manufactured knife at a fair price.

I’ve been rotating both CK01 knives lately as my casual/gent and even though I prefer a 6 there’re days I prefer a 5 so I don’t feel it’s a minus or plus. I would like to add I’m 64 with years of hand issues and surgery so I might not be giving the best pull advice.
To me whether you get a CK01 with a 5 or 6 pull I really think you will love this knife, I’m not disappointed with either one.

In your opinion, is the softer pull of this batch a plus or a minus for the knife?
