Wonderful cross between traditional slip joint and modern folder.
Impressed with many of the features and materials as well as the craftsmanship.
Definitely worth the money . Already put in a reserve for the upcoming clip point.

Don’t judge this knife by any other lion steel knife if your not a big fan of lion steel. Reason is because this knife was designed by Mike Latham who has handle about as many knives as any one person ever and knows what patterns work best. Lion Steel obviously thought so too. They did a great job of manufacturing the knife and I’m very pleased with my purchase and hope to get my hands on some more with different handle material

Got the wood, stag and abalone. All are great… These are the disrupters of the slip join knife world. If you do not get one at the very low prices you will lose out in IMO.

    5 out of 5 Beautiful!!!

I’ve handled many traditional knives and a lot of times have been disappointed by small flaws like gap between liners and scales or sharp unfinished edges here and there or a blade that wasn’t on center . But I have to tell you that this knife made me smile and get tingles inside . The attention to detail on the finishing touches was amazing and makes you proud to hold something that a company actually took pride in making! Coming from a past metal fabrication background I instantly noticed all the extra steps that this company took in making a great modern/traditional folder. How cool is it to have titanium and a high end blade steel in s traditional pattern! The price point that these batch of knives came in at I think is a great deal comparatively speaking. The abalone handles are eye catching , especially in the right light. You’ll just sit and stare at the scales and move them around playing with different angles of light. This knife is one purchase where I finally felt like I got what I paid for and more!

Abalone scales match titanium bolsters very well. Fit and finish is good for the price. Cutting edge is rather thick for a small folder, but not as bad (obtuse) as Queen Cutlery.
