I purchased this JE Made NYS Stag from Collector Knives, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The knife is exceptionally well crafted, fit and finish are off the chain. The blade has an edge like I’ve never seen on a factory knife, positively razor sharp. Some may find the backspring on this slip joint a bit heavy, but it is very much to my liking. It’s almost too nice for edc, so I’m going to reserve it for formal occasions where if the occasion for use arises I want something with a stunningly beautiful appearance. I’ve shown it next to my Benchmade 9400 and Lionsteel Slim Dom edc knives for size and aesthetic comparison. I wish there were more in stock, I would purchase a few to have on hand to present as gifts for special occasions. It really is that nice!
