So I was having lunch at work one day and I had to cut up a pork chop with my #78 AmJack. It got the job done but I was left wanting a knife with a slimmer, longer blade. The #48 Improved Trapper fits the bill perfectly. It has a classic look that reminds me of my grandpa’s pocket knife. Slim and light in my pocket, and is a nice change of pace from my typical carry knives with wider blades. Good looking bone covers with nice jigging pattern; overall near perfect fit and finish. I’m enjoying this knife every bit as much as I hoped I would.
