The bail and button hanger were custom made by a local company and all were assembled then plated to last a lifetime. It added significant costs to the package, but is authentic to the time.
5 out of 5 GEC 15, nice for eDC

The knife itself is well made and as per the GEC build feels great in hand. I have to say the B&C, although well made does not fit the proportions of the knife. It is a bit overkill and may have been better if it was a made with smaller gauge material.

With or without the B&C this is a great knife. Do yourself a favor and buy one! You can’t go wrong with the knife or the service you will get from CK.

5 out of 5 Bringing the "Golden Age" forward.

I am extremely pleased with all aspects of this knife. The fit and finish and the walk and talk are spot on for this knife frame. Even the gauge of the bail is identical to a 1930’s NY Knife Co. piece I have on a very similar frame. Great job GEC and CK!
