This is a relatively large, knife compared to a lot of recent releases: perfect size for hard work. My 22nd GEC and fit and finish is as good as anything they have ever put out. They used steel for the middle spacer (not good or bad-just worth noting). The stag on mine is nice and rounded with right amount of texture. Couldn’t be happier!

The stag is mesmerizing on these knives!

The pull on all three blades is just about as perfect as you can get. Fit and finish is absolutely superb! This is easily the most useful pattern I’ve had the pleasure of buying. Just an incredible combination of quality and value in an extremely nice package.

    Am I happy? You Betcha!!

5 out of 5 Dixie Stag Stockman

Another well executed knife from GEC. The stag is thick and gnarly and it fits beautifully into the bolsters. Fit and finish are the usual high quality that you expect from GEC. I love the clip blade for the main blade, nice choice. Opens a little, just a little, harder than other GEC knives but not a nail breaker by any means. Very satisfied.

Just a great pocket knife. It’s just a little larger than my other stockman style but fits nicely in my hand. Quality product also a great price as well!

The knife is a little larger than my everyday carry knives. But the quality and workmanship is second to none. If I were to hike the Appalachian trail, and live outside for 6 months, this would be the knife I would carry.
