With the GEC Bull Moose you get the best of both worlds. GEC’s excellent Clip point blade at one end and their wonderful Spear at the other. Both blades deploy with a silky smoothness that I have found only on a few GEC’s as well as a handful of great cutlery companies of the past. Nice job!

Not ordinarily a fan of the Moose, but I like this one. A small detail, but I like that there’s a gap between the bolster grooves. Only issue is the pull is a little light for me – otherwise, great. Really about 4.5 stars.
