The knife is what you expect from GEC, very well made and assembled. The blade needs a good sharpening session that seems common among many knife manufacturers. The only issue I have with the knife is that when the blade is at the half stop the back spring sits proud. It is not enough to cause me you get rid of the knife but there it is.

Everything about this knife is perfect. The Ebony wood is perfectly black with no brown accents, which I prefer (I know some people prefer the character of brown accents). The fit and finish from covers to bolsters, springs to liners, shield fitting, blade centering, walk and talk are all characteristic of a custom knife IMO. I’m very happy with this one!
