I bought this knife to get a feel for Case’s trapper series…… I have been very pleased with it in all respects….. I love the threaded bolsters; they add a classy touch to the knifes appearance….. Mechanically everything has been just as it should be….. Centering, snap, fit and finish are all spot on……. This knife is a perfect representative of the Case Trapper series…..

I like the size and weight of Trappers. This Trapper has that of course as per specs shown AND these beautiful handle covers in Rogers Walnut Bone. The jigging is more varied than I expected for a mass production knife and ‘grippy’-both in a good way. The color transition from dark to light at the threaded bolsters – well done and mostly symmetrical – is very attractive. Both blades well centered. Fit & finish at the bolsters, backsprings, liners and covers is very well done, tight, no cracks/spaces.
