Purchased this as an inexpensive utility knife and was quite surprised at how well made it is. I’m not a big CASE fan, but they got this one right. Good solid pull with a snap in the open position similar to GEC knives. Easily passes the thumb test on the open spring. Excellent fit and finish with minimal light bleed between the spring, liners or covers. Blade is evenly high polished and sits perfectly center with no blade rubbing. Almost don’t want to use it as it’s a great example of Case value. My only criticism would be the lack of a lanyard hole. Hard to beat it at $25.00 with shipping included.
