Very pleased with this simple beautiful ironwood knife. Came razor sharp. Also have the f7. Both will slip in pocket and you won’t know they’re. They weigh nothing. Super slicer. Very thin behind the edge.

I love the simplicity of these knives and the blades and handles are beautifully finished. The 9 size stays close to the kitchen for slicing anything from cheese and vegetables to ciabata and baguette. The number 7 is more portable for the same purpose and the 5 is great for edc. No locks (other than your thumb or index finger), no bearings to foul. Just a great blade for cutting. I love the simplicity.
